     Oven Fried Potatoes

Ingredients
6 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/8 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp pepper
1 1/2 oz vegetable oil
 
Instructions
Place potatoes in 1 large resealable bag (plastic). Combine the Parmesan Cheese & seasonings; add to potatoes and shake and coat. Pour oil ino 2 10x15 baking pans; pour potatoes into pans. Bake uncovered, at 375 degrees for 40-50 mins. or until tender.
