Ingredients
2 1/2 c wheat flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup unsalted butter at room temp.
2c white sugar
2c mashed bannas
4 eggs
1 C choc. or cin. chips
 
Instructions
cream together sugar and butter.
add the rest of ingredients
mix well , spread into 2 greased and floured loaf pans, bake at 350 degrees at 350 55-65 min ,cool for 10 min then take out of pan
enjoy bread
