Heat ingredients listed above until the cheese is melted. Amount of ingredients is based on how many sandwiches you are making. I like to make enough for two meals and put extras in the freezer.
Place mixture in poor boy buns and wrap in tin foil. Heat 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Heat 45 minutes, if frozen.
