     Barbeque Beef & Corn Shepherd's Pie

Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
8 green onions sliced (1/2 cup)
1 c. barbeque sauce
1 can (11 oz) Mexicorn or regular corn
1 can (4 oz) green chiles
1/2 pkg. (7 oz size) Betty Crocker mashed potatoes
1½ c. hot water
1/3 c. milk
2 T butter
 
½ c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. corn chips

Instructions
Cook beef and 1/4 c. of onions over medium heat. Drain. Stir in BBQ sauce, 3/4 c. of the corn and the chilies. Heat to boiling; reduce heat to low to keep warm. Cook potatoes as directed using pouch, milk, water & butter. Stir in remaining onions and corn; let stand 5 minutes.
Dish onto plates- beef first, then potatoes. Sprinkle with cheese and chips.
