     TATER TOT CASSEROLE

Ingredients
1 LB HOT SPICY BREAKFAST SAUSAGE
1 LB GROUND BEEF OR TURKEY
2 CAN CREAM MUSHROOM SOUP
2 CUPS SHREDDED CHEESE(CAN USE MORE IF YOU LIKE)
1 BAG TATER TOTS
1 ONION CHOPPED
 

Instructions
HEAT OVEN TO THE DIRECTIONS ON TATER TOT BAG. GREASE 9 X 13 PAN BROWN BEEF, SAUSAGE AND ONION. DRAIN BEEF MIXTURE. RETURN TO PAN AND MIX IN SOUP. PLACE IN PAN AND COVER WITH CHEESE. LAYER TATER TOTS ON TOP OF CHEESE. BAKE PER THE DIRECTIONS FOR COKING TATER TOTS OR UNTIL TATER TOTS ARE BROWNED AND CRISPY. LET STAND FOR 5-10 MINUTES BEFORE SERVING.
