PANCAKES

Ingredients

	1 1/2 taza de harina
	2 cucharaditas de polvo de hornear
	2 cucharadas de azucar
	3/4 cucharadita de sal
	1 1/2 taza de leche
	1 huevo
	3 cucharadas de aceite


Instructions


Mezclar los ingredientes secos, luego agregar leche, aceite y huevos. Mezclar bien sin que queden burbujas.


Calentar un sarten a fuego medio con pam,Cuando este caliente se le agrega el pancake y cuando empieza hacer burbujas en la mitad se voltea.


Par el segundo pacake bajar un poco el fuego para que no se queme.
