with mixer beat butter peanut butter and sugars
until smooth then beat in egg and vanilla
|
|
|
|
combine flour and baking soda in separate bowl stir
into sugar mix until well blended
|
|
|
|
shape dough into balls then roll in sugar
|
|
|
|
bake for 8-10 min at 350 until slightly darker brown
remove from oven press chocolates into cookie return
to oven until chocolate is shiny and soft about 3
min
