Ingredients
ground meat
lipton soup mix
eggs,bell
roux
onions,bellpepper
potatoes
bread crombs
 

Instructions
start boiling water,after water starts to boil you add your roux and your onions/bellpepper.while roux is disolving,add ground meat,eggs,lipton soup mix and bread crombs..mix all really good adding a lil bit of water when well mixed make your meat balls,sset balls aside..peel your potatoes.after roux has cooked for 3 hours add balls (careful roux is very hot)let cook for another hour n 1/2 then add potatoes cook until potatoes are soft.. serve over rice....

serve with corn or white beans
