Graham cracker crust-
½ cup (-) 2 Tbsp ground graham crackers mixed with 3 Tbsp
melted butter.
Press firmly into pie tin or spring form pan. Bake @ 350F for 8-10
minutes or golden brown. Then add filling & bake again.
Filling-
12 oz (1 can) sweetened condensed milk
¼ cup (-) 2 Tbsp lime juice
1/8 tsp or a pinch of salt
1 egg yolk
Combine all ingredients, adding lime juice last (acid from juice
will make it thicken). Bake @ 350F for 10-12 minutes.
