brown beef in pot with oil sprinkle with tbsp of flour salt and pepper. add onions and garlic.
once browned add 8 cps of water and scrape the bottom. add parsley and bay leave cover pot and simmer on low 1 hour.
chop all veg. into small pieces. add carrots and potatoes first. cook 5 min. next add string beans, broccoli, and squash. cook 5 min. add corn, peas, and mushrooms. stir.
Add drained red kidney beans. cook 1/2 cup of elbows in side pot. drain and add to soup with a cup of spag sauce. and 1/2 cup of cheese. simmer 5 min.
salt and pepper to taste.
