     Carrot Cake

Ingredients
1 cup of white sugar
1 cup oil
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/3 tsp. baking soda
1 1/3 tsp. baking powder
1 1/3 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/3 cup flour
2 cups grated carrot
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 F. Mix sugar and oil, add eggs 1 at a time, mixing each time. Add dry ingredients. Stir in carrots.
Put in greased 9x12 inch pan in middle of oven for about 45 minutes until sides of cake seperate from pan.
