Ingredients
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup white wine vinager
1 tsp dijon mustard
1/4 tsp sugar
salt and papper
 
Instructions
in a small screw topped jar combine all ingredients add salt and pepper
garlic- add 1 small 1/2 garlic clove lemon-2 tbsp lemon juice in place of vinegar add finely grated lemon peel herb-whisk 1-2 tbsp fresh chopped herbs shallot-1-2 tbsp chopped shallots
