Sift together first four ingredients. Add the next four and beat for 1 minute.

Place the 6 egg whites and cream of tartar in a bowl and bake stiff. Fold into the first mixture. Pour into 9X13 pan or bundt pan.

Bake 35 minutes at 350.
|

Sometimes I make an almond glaze to pour over the bundt cake. 3/4 cup powdered sugar, 1 tbsp warm water and 1/2 tsp almond flavoring.

This is GREAT served as strawberry shortcake. It turns out like a yellow cake mix. So, the possibilities are endless.
