     Mexican Lasagna

Ingredients
1 pkg soft corn tortillas
1 lb ground beef, browned and drained
1 cup salsa
1 15 oz can tomato sauce
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 16 oz container of cottage cheese
2 eggs
1 tsp oregano
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
 

Instructions
Mix eggs, cottage cheese, and oregano.
Add seasoning to browned meat and stir, then add tomato sauce and salsa. Simmer 5 minutes.
In 9X13 pan, layer from bottom up: tortillas, 1/2 meat mixture, cottage cheese mix, tortillas, remaining meat mixture, cheddar on top. The more tortillas used, the dryer the result. So, adjust to taste.
Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
