     Gramma's Punkin Pie Bars

Ingredients
CRUST-
1/4 cup Sugar
1-1/3 cup Flour
1/2 cup Packed Brown Sugar
3/4 cup (or 1 1/2 sticks) cold butter or margarine
1 cup Old Fashioned or Quick Cooking Oats, uncooked
1/2 cup Chopped Pecans
Filling-
 
3/4 cups Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
2 large Eggs
1 can (15 oz.) LIBBY'S 100% Pure Pumpkin
1 cans (12 fl. oz.) CARNATION Evaporated Milk

Instructions
Crust- HEAT over to 350F. GREASE (lightly) 13x9-inch pan MIX flour, sugar, and brown sugar in medium bowl. CUT IN butter with pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.- RESERVE 1 cup oat mixture PRESS remaining oat mixture onto bottom of prepared pan. BAKE 15 minutes. STIR in oats and nuts.
Filling- MIX sugar, salt, and cinnamon in small bowl. BEAT eggs in large bowl. STIR in pumpkin and sugar-spice mixture. GRADUALLY STIR in evaporated milk. BEAT with mixer until well blended. POUR over crust. SPRINKLE with reserved oat mixture.
BAKE 25 minutes COOL completely. SERVE immediately or refrigerate.
