     Pat a Pie Crust

Ingredients
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons sugar
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
2/3 cup of oil
3 Tablespoons Milk
 

Instructions
Mix all and pat into 8 or 9 inch pie pan.
Bake at 450 for 12 minutes, or fill with pie filling and cook as directed, or cover pie and cook as directed.
Serving Suggestions
Great on chicken pot pie or as a top to a cobbler
