Preheat oven to 225º. In a large bowl, combine cereal, pecans, almonds, and noodles; spread on a greased baking sheet. In a small bowl combine egg whites, sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Pour over dry ingredients, stirring to coat. Bake 35-40 minutes, stirring freqently to break apart. Pour onto wax paper to cool. Store in airtight container.
