1/2 bag carrots

1 c diced red potatoes

1 can whole tomatoes each quartered save juice

1 tsp minced garlic

1 can beef broth

1 packet McCormick meat loaf or pot roast seasoning

Instructions |

|
|
season stew meat with salt and pepper to taste. Place meat, potatoes, carrots, and tomatoes in slow cooker.

|
|
In a small bowl whisk together juice from tomatoes, garlic, broth, and seasoning packet.
|
|
|
|
Pour liquid into slow cooker and stir thoroughly.
|
|
|
|
Cover and cook on high 4-6 hrs
|
