scrub potatoes do not peel place in 3 qt saucepan over with water bring to boil reduce heat simmer10-15 min drain potatoes rinsing under cold water.cut lengthwise into halves set aside

rinse beans thougherly in colander under cold water drain.snap off stem end cut into 2 inch pieces place into 2 qt saucepan cover with water boil and simmer for 5-6 min transfer beans to colander and rinse
|

|
|
combine all ingredients add salt and pepper to taste refrigerate 2-3 hours
