Beat eggs on high speed for 5 minutes. Gradually beat in sugar; stir in pumpkin, lemon juice, flour, baking powder, salt and spices. Spread in greased and well floured jelly roll pan or 15x10x1 cookie sheet. Bake 15 minutes at 375º. Cool slightly. Turn out on towel sprinkled with powdered sugar. Roll up with towel and let cool. Unroll and fill with filling.
