     Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients
8 oz cubed chilled cream sheese
1 stick room temperature butter
pinch of salt
2 1/2 to 3 cups confectioners' sugar
 

Instructions
Using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese with butter and a pinch of salt until creamy. Add confectioners' sugar, 1 cup at a time until desired thickness. Beat until smooth after each addition.
