     POTATO SOUP

Ingredients
3 c. potatoes (diced)
4c. milk
3/4 tsp. celery seed
1/4 c. onion (diced)
1/4 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
3 rounded Tbsp. flour
 
Instructions
Cook potatoes in water and drain. Add milk, celery seed, onion, butter, and salt. Mix flour with a little milk to make a thicker soup.
Can add veleveta cheese (1/2 lb.) to potato soup to make cheesy potato soup. May need to add a little more milk to get a soupy texture.
