     SCALLOPED CORN

Ingredients
1 can cream style corn
1 can whole kernel corn (drain)
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 butter
1 box jiffy cornbread mix
salt and pepper to taste
 

Instructions
Mix together both styles of corn. Mix remaining ingredients together and add to the corn mixture. Place in 9x13 greased casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 350º for35-40 minutes or until firm.
