     BUTTERED POTATOES

Ingredients
8 medium potatoes (peeled and quartered)
1 1/2 stick margarine
Sasoned salt
Garlic with parsley salt
 

Instructions
Cook potatoes until almost done. When done drain and pour into 9x12 casserole dish. Melt margarine, add seasoned salt and garlic salt to make salty; mix together well. Pour over potatoes. Bake at 400º for 30 minutes. If you would like these to be crispy, put under broiler on high and watch closely.
