     MEXICAN CASSEROLE

Ingredients
2 lbs. hamburger
1 large onion (chopped)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can enchilada sauce (mild)
8 oz. bag grated cheddar cheese
1 bag doritos, crushed
1 can evaporated milk
 

Instructions
Brown, rinse, and drain hamburger with onion. Add cream of mushroom soup and enchilada sauce; mix thoroughly. Alternate layers of beef mixture, with cheese and doritos. Last layer should be doritos. Pour evaporated milk over entire casserole. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes.
