     EXPLODED CABBAGE ROLLS

Ingredients
l head cabbage ( cut in bite size pieces)
1 lb. hamburger
1 small onion (chopped)
1/2 cup uncooked rice
1 can tomato soup
2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. ketsup
 

Instructions
Brown hamburger and onion, rinse and drain. Stir in rice. Pour over cut cabbage, then add soup with 1 can water and ketsup. Stir well. Put half mixture in bottom of casserole dish. Then a layer of half of the cheese. Add remaining mixture. Top with rest of cheese. Bake 1 hour at 350º. The more its reheated the better it is.
