lard the size of an egg or 1 1/2 times the size of an egg if crisco is used

Instructions
Mix with a fork and then knead the rest of the flour in by hand. It will take all of the flour. Roll out and cut into squares and drop piece by piece in boiling broth. Also you can make ahead and freeze.
