     CINNAMON FRENCH TOAST

Ingredients
12 slices bread (cubed)
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, cubed
1/4 c. cinnamon
1 c. sugar
12 beaten eggs
2 cups milk
 

Instructions
Spray 9x12 baking dish with pam. place half of bread in casserole, Add cubed cream cheeseand cinnamon and sugar mixture. Place remaining bread in casserole and add remaining cinnamon mixture. Combine beaten eggs and milk. Pour over casserole. Cover with foil and refrigrate over night. Next morning bake for 30 min at 325º, remove foil and bake another 30 minutes.
