     Pork Tenderloin with Rosemary and Thyme

Ingredients
2--1/2 lb pork tenderloins
2 tbsp dijon
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
1/2 tsp chopped fresh thyme
1/4 tsp pepper
thyme sprigs
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Trim fat from pork, place on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray.
Combine mustard through pepper and brush over pork. Insert meat thermometer into thickest part of pork.
Bake at 350 for 50 minutes or until thermometer registers 160, baste frequently with mustard mixture. Garnish with thyme if desired.
