Combine all ingredients EXCEPT cheese and bacon in a large bowl.
Blend with an electric mixer on medium high until smooth. Spoon
into a lightly greased 13x9 baking pan; top with cheese and bacon.
Cover and bake on 350 for 30 minutes.
Optional things to add after baking- chopped green onion, tomato
finely chopped, small pieces of broccoli, etc.
