     Broccoli-Corn Bake

Ingredients
10-oz pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 egg, beaten
1 can creamed corn
1/4 cup margarine melted
2 slices bread, toasted, buttered, and cubed
3 slices crumbled bacon
 

Instructions
PREHEAT oven to 350. Cook broccoli according to package directions and drain well. Combine with egg, corn, and margarine. Mix well; then place in a lightly greased 1-1/2 quart casserole dish.
Bake COVERED at 350 for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and top with the cubed toast and bacon; return to bake uncovered for an additional 20 minutes.
