     Lamb Kebabs

Ingredients
1 (13oz) can onion soup
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. red wine
2 T. canola
1/2 t. garlic powder
2 t. crushed dried basil
 

Instructions
Marinate overnight in ziploc bag.
Alternate lamb, yellow and red peppers, cherry tomatoes, and mushrooms.
Serving Suggestions
You can use 1 lb. boneless lamb shoulder for kebabs.
