handful of bean threads soaked in warm water & cut into 1 inch pieces
1 pkg oriental egg roll wraps
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except pork. In separate pan, brown pork until cooked all the way through then add to other ingredients and cook until egg is cooked. Spoon mixture into wraps & then roll
Rolling Instructions-
Place wrap into diamond shape. Place spoonful of mixture into center of wrap-fold bottom corner up and over mixture. Roll up a little bit and then fold the two side flaps in. Continue rolling upward until almost to the top. Add a dap of water on the top flap (this makes it stick) finish rolling.
Fry in oil
