     Spatzle Egg Noodles

Ingredients
2 3/4 cup flour
2 eggs
1 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
oil
 

Instructions
Beat eggs and water. Stir in flour until smooth.
Heat large pot of water to boil add oil and 1 tsp salt. Place half of dough into grater section. Place grater over boiling water. Grate dough into boiling water.
After 2-3 minutes, removed noodles from water with large slotted spoon. Repeat until all dough has been grated. This dough can also be dropped off the tip of a spoon. Cook 4-5 minutes.
