     Creamed Mushroom Suace

Ingredients
1 1/2 - 2 cups mushrooms
2 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
 
Instructions
Saute mushrooms in butter till limp. Remove from heat and stir in flour. Add chicken broth and cream. Place back on stove and stir till thick.
