|
1st Layer- 1 lb oreo cookes (save two cookies)
1 stick melted butter
Mix together and line 9x13 pan.

|
2nd layer- Mix 8oz cream cheese and 1 cup powdered sugar. Beat together. Fold in 4 oz cool whip.
|
|
|
|
3rd layer- 2 small boxes chocolate fugde instant pudding. 3 cup milk. Mix.
|
|
|
|
4th Layer- Spread remaining cool whip (from 12 oz container) crumble remaining cookies on top.
