     Pumpkin Spice Cake

Ingredients
15 oz pumpkin
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cloves
1 tsp nutmeg
1 package yellow cake mix
1/4 vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup butter
 
12 oz cream cheese
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
Grease 9x13 pan. Wisk pumpkin, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg. Set aside.
Mix together cake mix and oil. Beat in eggs. Fold in pumpkin mixture. Stir in vanilla. Pour into baking dish. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Cool.
Cream Cheese Frosting- Cream buter and cream cheese till fluffy. Beat in Sugar. Mix till smooth. Spread on cake.
