line a rimmed baking sheet with foil place on wire rack in prepared pan spray rack with non stick cooking spray

in large zip lock bag combine cornflakes onions salt and pepper close crush mixture.in shallow pan pour milk dip 1 peice chicken in milk place in plastic bag seal and shake do this with remaining peices.

|
|
place chicken skin side up in single layer on prepared wire rack
|
|
|
|
bake 1 hour at 350 DO NOT COVER OR TURN CHICKEN WHILE BAKING let stand on rack for 10 min before searving
