     Meatball Soup

Ingredients
48 oz chicken broth
4 cups water
1 small bag baby carrots
5 red potatoes
4 celery stalks
4 tsp of tomato bullion powder (found in the Mexican Aisle)
1 cup uncooked rice
2 eggs
Salt
 
Pepper
1lb hamburger
cilantro
1 red onion
4 corn on the cobs (cut in 1/4 sizes)

Instructions
Mix hamburger meat, 2eggs, salt, pepper, garlic powde, cilantro cut up, 1 cup of uncooked rice. Roll into balls- any size you want..not to small or they will fall apart LOL.
Boil veggies ,broth, then add water slowly as needed for taste. then slowly add meat balls. then add 3-4 spoons of to tomato chicken bullion. Dont use the cubes, use the powder, its sold in the mexican food section. Cook on med high heat. Cook for 20-30 minutes. Add red onion, lemon, tapatio on the side and enjoy!!
