     Tomato and bacon biscuits

Ingredients
10 slices bacon, crumbled
1 tomato, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
3 oz. swiss cheese
1/2 cup mayo
1 tsp. dried basil
1 (16 oz.) can refridgerated buttermilk biscuit dough
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees, lightly greased mini muffin pan. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook bacon
Crumble bacon into medium mixing bowl and mix with tomato, onion, cheese, mayo and basil.
Seperate biscuits into halves horizontally ad place in a mini muffin pan- fill with mixture 3/4 of the way full.
Bake for 10-12 minutes in oven or until golden brown.
