Ingredients
1 8 oz. block cream cheese
1 10 oz. sharp white cheddar cheese
1/4 to1/3 can beer
round loaf of bread (sourdough is good)
 
Instructions
In a medium saucepan, combine cream cheese, and cheddar cheese. Melt over medium heat until smooth.
Stir in the beer. Poor inside of hollowed out bread bowl- serve with chucks of the bread.
