     Chicken Cordon Bleu

Ingredients
6 skinless, bonelss chicken breast halves
6 slices swiss cheese
6 slices ham
3 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. paprika
6 Tbsp. butter
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 tsp. chicken bouillion granules
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
 
1 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions
Pound chicken breasts if they are too thick and roll 1 slice swiss cheese and 1 slice ham into the center and roll up, secure with toothpicks.
Mix flour, paprika in a small bowl and roll each chicken breast into the mixture. Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium high heat. Cook chicken to brown on all sides. Add the wine, chicken bouillion. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 mins, until chicken is cooked through.
Remove toothpicks and transfer the breasts to a warm platter. Blend the cornstarch wiht teh cream in a small bowl and add to the mixture in the frying pan- whisk slowly in adn cook stirring constantly until thickens. Add bakc chicken and serve hot with asparagus or broccoli on the side to dip into the sauce.
