semi sweet blocks of baking chocolate for drizzling
1 1/2 cups vanilla frosting
1 cup fluff
1 tsp. butter
30 whole maraschino cherries, drained and rinsed adn dry
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, line 30 muffin cups wiht paper liners. Combine the cake mix, water, bananas, eggs in a large bowl and beat at a low speed until combined. Then beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Stir in the chocolate chips.
Spoon the batter into muffic cups and bake for 15-20 mins. or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pans or on wire racks before frosting.
Combine the frosting and fluff. Frost each cupcake. Melt the chocolate. Pour the melted choc. into a plastic bag and cut a small snip off of the corner of the bag and drizzle the chocolate over each cupcake criss crossing. Top with a cherry!
