Ingredients
3/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp corn starch
pinch of salt
1 egg yolk slightly beaten
3/4 cup water
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp grated lemon
1 tbsp butter or margirine
 

Instructions
combine sugar cornstarch salt in double boiler add egg yolk water lemon juice and cook over simmering water stirring consistence until thick remove from heat add lemon rind and butter cool
