Pre heat joven to 375. Combine brown sugar, worchester sauce, and ketchup in a sace pan and stir over low heat until combined. Set aside. Cut each bacon strip into 1/2 or 1/3 pieces. Wrap one slice around each chestnut and secure with a toothpick. Arrange on a wire rack in a 9x13 pan. Bake for 10-15 minutes and drain fat. Remove wire rack and put wrapped chestnuts in 9x13 pan. Pour sauce over and bake 30 to 35 minutes. I always cook my bacon for a few minutes before wrapping to get more of the fat out.
