     Philadelphia Strawberry Cream Cheese Pie

Ingredients
2 (8 ounce) pkgs Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 (14 ounce) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 (21 ounce) can Comstock Strawberries
1 (9 inch) graham cracker pie crust
1/4 cup - 1/3 cup lemon juice (depending on taste)
1 overflowing tsp vanilla extract
 
Instructions
Soften cream cheese by setting out for the day.
Blend condensed milk with softened cream cheese until smooth. Blend in vanilla until mixed well.
Add lemon juice by mixing AS LITTLE AS POSSIBLE. Stop when mixed. DO NOT OVER MIX. Pour into crust. Chill pie for 2 hours minimum.
Top with fruit. Chill again to even temperature.
