Ingredients
2 Tbls all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
4 bone-in pork loin chops
1 Tbls vegetable oil
4 green onions, sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 tsp dried thyme
1 Cup apple cider or juice

Instructions
In large ziploc bag, combine flour, salt, and pepper. Add pork chops, seal bag, and shake to coat chops.
In large skillet, brown chops in oil over medium heat. Remove from skillet and keep warm. Using same skillet, saute onions, garlic, and thyme for 2 to 3 minutes, or until crisp-tender.
Return pork chops to pan. Add cider and bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 7 to 8 minutes or until chops are cooked through.
