     Oatmeal Almond Blueberry Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup softened butter (NOT melted)
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
2 large eggs
2 tspn vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 tspn baking soda
2 tspn ground cinnamon
1 tspn salt
 
1 cup sliced almonds
1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries

Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees. Cream together butter, brown sugar, white sugar & vanilla. Beat in eggs one at a time, until fluffy.
Combine flour, baking soda, salt & cinnamon- then stir into the creamed mixture. Mix in oats & nuts until nicely blended.
Lightly fold in the blueberries & spoon onto ungreased cookie sheets. You can chill remaining dough in between cooking to help blueberries from popping.
Bake for 12-14 minutes (makes 4 dozen) ENJOY!
