2 c. of sugar (more or less depends on your taste)
1/4 c. cocoa
1 TBS cornmeal
1 TBS flour
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs lightly beaten
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. finely chopped pecans
pie crust
cool whip
Instructions
Combine sugar, cocoa, cornmeal, flour and salt. In a separate bowl whisk eggs,milk, butter, and vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Stir in pecans. Pour in pie crust and bake @ 350 for about an hour until the filling is set. Top with cool whip.
