     Breakfast Sausage Casserole

Ingredients
1 lb. ground sausage
6 eggs
2 cups milk
8 slices bread, cubed
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
season to taste
 

Instructions
. Brown sausage in a non-stick skillet. Drain. 2. Combine eggs and mill in a large bowl. 3. Stir in bread cubes, cheese and sausage. 4. Place in greased slow cooker. Cover and refrigerate overnight. 5. Let slow cooker sit at room temperature for 20 minutes. 6. Cook on low for 4 hours.
I also cook this in the oven- Put in a 9x13 pan, cover, and refrigerare overnight. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes to an hour.
